For regular part-time work, normal labour law and collective agreements of the construction sector apply. For a flexi-job, there is separate legislation. As a flexi-jobber, you can only enter if you work at least 4/5th for another employer. You pay no taxes or social contributions on the flexi pay; only an employer contribution of 28% is withheld. There is no maximum on the number of flexi-work hours, as long as the regular job is not compromised. However, you must receive a framework contract stating the terms. Since 2024, flexi-work is also possible in the construction sector, which has greatly expanded the supply.
